Take Hwy 3 South to the East Bremerton exit; at the light, turn left onto Hwy 303. Take the Ridgetop Blvd exit and turn right onto Ridgetop Blvd. Continue down the hill and turn left onto Levin Road NW. The office is located in the Clear Creek Medical Building on the left side of the street.
From Points South of Silverdale:
Take Hwy 3 North to the Newberry Hill exit; turn right and follow the road to Silverdale Way. Turn right onto Ridgetop Blvd. Take the second right onto Levin Road NW. The office is located in the Clear Creek Medical Building on the left side of the street.

Take Hwy 101 East to the River Road exit and drive toward Washington Avenue. Turn left onto 5th Avenue, and turn left again onto Eureka Way. The office is at the end of the street; turn left into the parking lot.
From Points East of Sequim:
Take Hwy 101 West to the Sequim Avenue exit; turn right onto Sequim Avenue. Turn left onto Washington Avenue; travel 5 blocks to 5th Avenue. Turn right onto 5th Avenue, and turn left onto Eureka Way. The office is at the end of the street; turn left into the parking lot.
